Ananda-Veda is a Sanskrit term for the 'science of joy', while 'ACT' (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is an active coaching intervention that equips clients with mindfulness and acceptance skills that enhance psychological flexibility and the capacity for joyful living. Scientific evidence shows that ACT can help clients overcome a range of problems by living a life that embraces their deepest values.
Jo has successfully coached many clients worldwide to identify and overcome blockages to change and lead a life that they love.
I offer ACT-based coaching to individuals, in group workshops, and ACT training to health and social care workers. ACT combines mindfulness and acceptance strategies with practical action planning to help clients overcome problems affecting work, motivation, life direction, and relationships. Concessions are available for students, low income workers and the unemployed.

Individual ACT coaching is available online by video call or in person if preferred. Clients can also opt for an introductory session in person before following the online programme.
3-day ACT training workshops for health and social care workers can be commissioned for up to 14 people per workshop. The training is experiential hence the groups need to remain small to ensure everyone participates in the time available.
