• The 8 week ‘ACT’ self help course comprises a workbook with online exercises plus weekly telephone coaching support. The course is aimed at those clients who are unable to access face to face coaching due to time or geographic constraints. Each unit is followed up by a telephone coaching session/ video coaching session (for Skype users) of 40 minutes. Homework from each unit involves practical mindfulness exercises that enhance awareness, acceptance and effective action which you discuss with your coach. By the end of the course you shoud enjoy increased clarity of life purpose, coupled with improved emotional resilience to set backs, obstacles and crises.

Individually Tailored Telephone Mentoring and Coaching:
• Mentoring is offered for those needing support with blockages affecting study and work while engaged in further or higher educaton, or professional training. Jo offers this by telephone and email, having 12 years experience supervising professionals and mature graduate students in person and online. Mentoring is short-term and goal focused to help you achieve practical objectives in study or work over a short period of time. A contract is drawn up with clients, specifying the number of sessions, duration, cost, review process and agreed objectives from the outset.
• Personal development coaching is offered around specific life issues using acceptance and mindfulness strategies that embrace value focused living. This is the core approach of ACT and can be applied to a range of problems. Coaching is offered by telephone or video phone using Skype. A contract is drawn up with clients specifying the number of sessions, duration, cost, review process and agreed objectives from the outset.
