Ananda-Veda Trust is the 'for benefit' arm of Ananda-Veda.com Ltd. Ananda-Veda Trust Fund pledges a percentage of Ananda-Veda.Com profits to investment in projects that benefit the communities in South Asia that co-host our retreats.

Ananda-Veda Trust exists to invest our material wealth for the mental health that scientifc research has demonstrated evolves from benefiting others. This is an expression of the deeply held values of all our staff. We believe our clients also benefit directly from an investment in their personal development that demonstrably helps others. Ananda-Veda.Trust will also invite retreat participants to visit the projects we support in surrounding communities, and publish reports on these activities as they develop in years to come.

Old Taradih sponsorship program:
A project we are interested in establishing involves supporting Dalit widows with school age children in Bodhgaya, India. For the last five years Jo has personally sponsored the education and upkeep of the son of widow Anita Devi and is keen to extend the sponsorship program further into other families in similar situations. Anita is a full-time school cook whose husband died of a fever 8 years ago, due to a lack of money for medicine, leaving her with three children under 3 years of age and a disabled father and elderly mother to care for. She works 7 days a week for 12 hours a day for just £25 a month. Imagine how many of the poorest women and children you can help through your committment to your own growth by investing in our courses and services!

At the moment Jo manages to offer sponsorship by teaching Sinhala Bhikkus English at the retreat house In Sri Lanka. They then make donations to the sponsored family as they wish.
